PROGRAM AND FOCUS AREAS
International Development: We are eager to delve into innovative, strategic and sustainable policy approaches to improve lives in rural and underserved areas. One such area is maternal & child health in underserved communities. The aim is to target specific measures that enhance maternal health issues and to make significant strides towards achieving health equity in these rural areas in Africa and beyond. Two key areas: Sexual reproductive health & rights and Women empowerment aligning with our organization’s mission in addressing public health initiatives and impact. Education: Our vision is to improve the quality of education and sustainable development projects for the youth, with adolescent girls and women in particularly rural areas, Our goal is to foster a mindset in young women and the youth through experiential learning opportunities and school-integrated programs that enable them to become empowered social innovators in their own lives and communities. We aim to increase the engagement of women and girls to solve our biggest global challenges.
Global Health: Our initiative is a high-level examination of healthcare retooling from COVID-19 as we build stronger, more resilient partnerships. We strongly believe that the business sectors can play a critical role in driving pandemic recovery in rural and underserved areas. Thus, we hope to engage multi-sectoral stakeholders in the support of public health relief partnership efforts and to explore the role that the business sectors can further assist the health sector to recover in the wake of COVID-19. Students will research the collaborations between the NGO sectors, the private sectors, the international community and local and international financiers on how they can be a critical part of the solutions. Our aim is to educate and create awareness about the rampant current public health challenges in the COVID-19 era and to promote healthy lives as governed in the SDG#3.
